In the area of private placement programs, known as PPPs, participation usually comes from the monetization of financial instruments such as BG or SBLC, among other assets. This process involves signing agreements with large banks, such as HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, Deustche Bank, etc., either directly or through various financial trading platforms.

These programs involve investments in the secondary market, where financial instruments (MTN, BG, SBLC, stocks, among others) and commodities (oil derivatives, precious metals, nickel, copper) are traded. The financial returns obtained are used to finance business and humanitarian projects in the real economy.

These transactions involve an offering of registered or unregistered securities to a limited group of investors. The investment procedure consists in signing a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with the trading platform after monetization of the financial instrument. The platform offers monthly financial returns based on the investment made with the available cash. These returns vary depending on the amount of the participation, the type of collateral, the issuing bank and the financial institution.

Financial returns are paid monthly and, in 40-week programs, are made as agreed with the trading platform. In one-off operations (Spots), returns are usually higher, with shorter investment participation times.
